How to Get Demos from LinkedIn Ads (Framework)
I’ve been working on custom infographics to share what I know, and wanted to share this with you ASAP:

These aren’t “secrets” - these are the hard-won and tested tactics that are delivering the best results right now on the platform.
If you do any of the above, you’ll see a bump in leads and pipeline. If you do more, you’ll see a bigger impact,
Save, share, use this as you wish.
Below, I break down the top 3.
My Top 3 Recommendations for LinkedIn Ads
If you do ANY 3 out of the 6 in the framework, you WILL see better results than most.
But here’s my favorites:
#1 Triple down on Thought Leader Ads

70% of the LinkedIn ads I usually run for clients are now posts promoted from personal profiles, aka Thought Leader Ads
For a client in January, I’m spending 100% of our budget on Thought Leader ads only (from the CEO)
For another client, I’m spending 80% of the budget on TL ads, from salespeople and a CXO
They work better than any single ad platform on LinkedIn in terms of engagement, brand affinity, and also demos booked
I wrote about TL ads for the curious recently - read a deep dive here, or a shorter LinkedIn post here
How to get more meetings from this play:
Make sure each post has a CTA (booking link or website form or lead magnet) at the bottom
If you’re promoting posts from salespeople, you’ll have to write them.. and have them reach back out to profile viewers/ad engagers
#2 Ditch the Lead Gen forms, test out Conversation Ads first:

Lead gen forms = those native forms that pop up when you click an ad, and it has your info already in there
They can be pretty hit or miss, because yes you do get leads… but only a small % of them turn into meetings (usually)
From my testing, Conversation Ads drive leads 20% cheaper than classic Lead Generation Form ads
They also yield a higher form-fill-to-meeting-booked %
Best use case = retargeting people who’ve already engaged with your ads, LinkedIn company page, or website
So.. you get more leads and more meetings for the same ad spend.
#3 Run video ads, and retarget high-intent viewers

Video builds a retargeting audience faster, and much cheaper
And you can get back in front of those who have shown enough interest (they’ve watched 25%, 50%, 75%, or 97% of your videos)
I usually do 50% video viewers in the start, and move on to higher thresholds
Best use case = To this audience, show Promoted Posts (Thought Leader ads) or Conversation Ads that invite them to a Demo
Looking for Help with Getting B2B Leads?

I specialize in building profitable paid ad programs for B2B companies, and am pretty darn good at it.
One paid ads program made $6k before I took over, and has now crossed $2.03M in revenue.

3 Principles to Think About for 2026
Email is a marketing superpower: Email is dead… for those allergic to revenue.
Email is still the highest performing channel per audience member
Don’t discard leads who haven’t turned into a meeting, keep emailing them
Use whatever software you’d like. I prefer beehiv (what I’m using right now)
Better positioning: Saying “We do X for Y” isn’t enough anymore.
Base your message on what customers and internal stakeholders say, and test out different angles
I use April Dunford’s positioning framework from her book, Obviously Awesome
Executive/founder brands crush.
If more people from your company post on LinkedIn, you will get more leads and pipeline
I write about this in detail here, and walk the walk: 2026 is the 2nd year I plan to post on LinkedIn every single weekday

Weekly Roundup
🗣️ LinkedIn Chatter
A lot of people made their 2026 marketing predictions recently. Nothing has stood out for me so far. It’s the regular “AI is going to be more important” and “people will click less” and “messaging is more important than ever” stuff
Anthony Blatner (LinkedIn ads expert, friend, great dude) also wrote 26 LinkedIn ads mistakes to avoid in 2026 that would make an interesting read
🤝 Online Event Worth Checking Out
They’re SUPER welcoming, and the people there are friendly + solid + into chatting

🔁 On Repeat This Week
I’m back in the US, so embracing the grind with Hormozi’s podcast. Currently halfway through his 26 Harsh Lessons from 2025
Bandook by SomeWhatSuper is what’s #1 on my gym playlist right now
While eating, I’ve been binging video essays by JimmyTheGiant on modern British culture. It was cool to learn exactly why people hated Margaret Thatcher, whether immigration is really “destroying” London, and realize the US is not the only country going through a mess right now.
💙 Personal Updates
This post I wrote in ~10 minutes has crossed 10,000 impressions, and was just fun to write. Would love to hear - what’s your personality based on?

Me and my wife are back in the US, after a solid month in Pakistan with family. Hoping to see family again somewhere in April/May
Went hard on making memes around LinkedIn ads, and will be sharing them soon. Here’s a sneakpeak of my favorite:
