Hi! This is Moby.

I’ve seen the ad systems behind 4 exits, with a combined value of $1.5B+.

I want to share that B2B Ads Roadmap with you.

Enjoy!

P.S: I’m sharing this LIVE in a paid workshop: Scale Your B2B Ads. Limited to 100 people. Don’t miss it if you’re serious about growing your business. RSVP here.

#1 Don’t Overthink Strategy

You Have to Make 2 Decisions Only

Most people overthink strategy. Don’t.

Make 2 decisions:

  • Who am I focusing on?

  • What platform can I reach them at?

For who to focus on, pick those with the highest LTV, i.e. those you will make the most money from in the long-term.

For platform:

  • If it’s broad swathes of B2B (ops managers, realtors, accountants, ecomm founders), close those beautiful eyes of yours and choose Meta

  • If you’re targeting very specific titles within specific companies (or doing Account-based marketing), go LinkedIn.

#2 Choose Your Funnel & Be Maniacal

Pick Your Poison Funnel

There’s 2 funnels 99% of the world needs:

  • Book a Call funnel: Hey, we do X. Book a call with us!

  • Webinar funnel: Hey, we do X! Come to our live workshop

Some internet marketing dorks nerds people will say a Video Sales Letter is also a funnel type. Meh, that’s just a video getting people to Book a Call.

If you’re just starting out, do a Book a Call Funnel.

And here’s what you measure:

The Lowdown on Webinar Funnels

You choose a webinar when you want people to spend time with you and learn from you before booking a call, so that they are pre-educated.

This helps take the pressure off salespeople, and prospects who book a call after a webinar are very high intent.

I personally like webinars for my business because it allows me to educate people and give away value and build trust before asking them to join a sales call.

But New Advertisers should run Book a Call

When you're starting out, you want feedback and results fast, and for that, Book A Call funnels are the way.

Yes, it's painful to get cool prospects to book a call.
Yes, it's painful to get them to show up.
Yes, it's painful to educate them enough to actually close.

But it's better to start with the hard option first.

I talk about it in this video

#3 Measure Lead > Booked Call > Shown Call

Time to convert those leads into meetings.

What I tend to measure:

  • How many of our leads are turning into meetings?

  • How many meetings are showing up?

  • How many of them are turning to sales opportunities?

Once we do that, I have full visibility on the funnel:

  • Are people clicking on our ads?

  • Is our landing page good enough that they're converting to a lead?

  • Are we getting them to take the next step, i.e book a meeting?

  • Are those meetings showing up?

  • Are we getting sales opportunities from those leads?

You’re seeing this first: SCALE YOUR B2B ADS

I’ve driven the following results for B2B companies:

  • Scaled AI startup from $2M to $3.7M

  • Scaled founder-led business from $40k to $1.12M

  • Scaled lead-arbitrage business from $6k in revenue to $3M (acquired)

  • Reconfigured $700K/year LinkedIn ads for cybersecurity company ($1.5B acquisition)

I’m sharing what I know at Scale Your B2B Ads, live. RSVP, and I’ll see you there.

The 3 Places Funnels Usually Leak

Unqualified prospects get through the form
Prospects that don't go from lead to meeting.
Prospects don't show up to the meeting.

If you can fix that, you're building serious pipeline.

Use these principles, and you are going to crush.

See you in the workshop? I’ll share more.
